TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AQWEL AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aqwel AI, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
